How can I describe the timing of an order issue accurately?

Keep the original timestamps alongside any converted local times. Use the month name if a numerical date could be misunderstood.

What information should I check about a seller before purchasing?

Check how the seller can be contacted about product or order questions. Base trust on clear identity, relevant information, and a documented purchase process rather than presentation alone.

What should I clarify before asking to separate parts of an order?

Check whether the proposed arrangement changes the complete price. Review all resulting quantities before accepting the revised summary.
